ONNO was organized to share Turtle Island First Nation’s culture with the people of the Pacific in the spirit of Aloha.
We collaborate with on-island Kanaka Maoli (Native Hawaiian) community partners and other Indigenous peoples, groups and organizations to share our cultural dancing, food and arts and crafts.
Our premier events are the annual Pow Wow in Paradise and Round Dance in Paradise. In addition, we present pow wow dancing classes, beading and sewing gatherings to name a few.
ONNO has become the contact organization for many Indigenous people when they travel to Hawaii and we are always eager to meet our relatives to talk story about island life.
